Floyd Mayweather looked as though he had the fight under control as he came out for round eight against Canelo Alvarez. Canelo came out aggressive, working to the body but didn’t pressure and keep Mayweather against the ropes early.

Canelo did eventually do some body work against the ropes but then got caught in the middle of the ring by a Mayweather combination. Canelo got in against the ropes again though and started to land on Floyd.
Floyd landed a big counter left off the ropes as Canelo tried to pressure him. Floyd is simply in control of the fight now.
