We were only a few games away from a Kansas City-St. Louis matchup in the World Series, but Missouri will have to settle for a matchup between the St. Louis Rams and the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL. Both teams enter Sunday's game coming off a big win in Week 7.
Fantasy football advice, Week 8: Who to start/sit for Rams vs. Chiefs
This could have been a World Series matchup, but we’ll settle for football.

Both teams enter Sunday largely healthy. St. Louis wide receiver Kenny Britt and Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce were both limited in practice this week, but neither is expected to miss Sunday.
The game will be played in Kansas City at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. Here’s a look at the fantasy names to watch:
RAMS
Start 'em?: It looks like Tre Mason has taken over the lead running back job in St. Louis, though it's dicey enough that he's only a low-end flex. ... Jared Cook had at least four fantasy points in every game before Week 7; he's a mid-range TE2.
Sit 'em: The Kansas City defense has allowed the fewest passing yards in the game, despite having faced Denver, New England, San Francisco and San Diego. Bad news for Austin Davis. ... We probably haven't heard the last of Zac Stacy or Benny Cunningham, but they are off the Week 8 fantasy radar. ... After a nice run earlier in the year, Brian Quick has totally fallen off in recent weeks. Hope you sold high. ... You don't like Greg Zuerlein's big leg nearly as much outside of a dome. ... The Rams' defense hasn't done anything special for much of the year.
CHIEFS
Start 'em: Since missing a game with injury, Jamaal Charles has averaged more than 17 fantasy points a game.
Start 'em?: Assuming Travis Kelce is active (and he should be), he's interesting with upside, but he really hasn't been getting enough targets. ... Cairo Santos has two double-digit games in his last three; he's a low-end starting kicker.
Sit 'em: The occasionally flashy version of Alex Smith we saw last year has been replaced by a consistently middling version. ... Knile Davis is nothing but a handcuff at running back right now. ... Dwayne Bowe has five fantasy points a game. That's just not enough. ... The Chiefs' defense has been popular this week, but I think that's more on reputation than anything else; it's been subpar most of the year.
SUMMARY
Start in every league: Jamaal Charles
Start if you're desperate: Tre Mason, Jared Cook, Travis Kelce, Cairo Santos
Bench: Austin Davis, Zac Stacy, Benny Cunningham, Brian Quick, Greg Zuerlein, St. Louis defense, Alex Smith, Knile Davis, Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City defense
