The Tour de France cyclists got their day of rest on Tuesday, but after going 187.5 kilometers on Wednesday, they’re right back in the swing of things. Tony Gallopin wore the yellow jersey earlier in the week on Bastille Day, but got his first stage win on Wednesday, attacking late and holding on in the last few kilometers.

Vincenzo Nibali held onto the lead heading into stage 12 on Thursday, which will feature at 185.5-kilometer course from Bourg-en-Bresse to Saint-Etienne. Here’s a look at the map:
After some initial peaks and valleys, the route has a large climb halfway through, forcing riders to ascend from an elevation of roughly 200 meters to 867 meters. Then there is another valley and peak in the profile before a descent to end the stage:
