Washington wide receiver DeSean Jackson was held out of practice again on Thursday. It's the second day in a row he's been unable to participate.
DeSean Jackson out of practice Thursday, fantasy status still in the air
DeSean Jackson continues to miss practice, but he’s still hoping to be ready for his Eagles homecoming on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson suffered a sprained AC joint in last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is still expected to play in Week 3. Washington might normally be inclined to sit its star receiver until he's 100 percent, but this is a personal mission for Jackson, who is facing the Philadelphia Eagles on the road. Jackson will be out for revenge after the Eagles released him in the offseason. He has nine catches for 81 yards and a touchdown through two games.
Fantasy impact: It might take a healthy dose of cortisone, but Jackson plans on playing his former team in Week 3. The big question is how effective he will be with a bum shoulder. Kirk Cousins is the new starting quarterback with Robert Griffin III, and it remains to be seen how much chemistry he has with Jackson. Consider Jackson a WR3 this week, with significant downside if he's limited to a decoy role.
