Fantasy football rankings, Week 17: Consensus wide receivers for standard leagues

The SB Nation fantasy staff rounds up the rankings for the top 50 wide receivers in standard leagues.

It used to be that quarterback was the deepest position in fantasy football, but wide receiver now is, but mostly by default. With waiver-wire and late-round options like Doug Baldwin, Allen Hurns and Eric Decker, fantasy owners made their money this season finding diamonds in the rough like the aforementioned.

In Week 17, fantasy owners would like to have high-floor options at the receiver position, because very few exist at other ones. Teams are starting their third or fourth quarterbacks at this point in the year, and running back after running back has been sidelined because of injury. Meanwhile, there will be close to 30 wide receivers who finish with 1,000 yards or more in 2015, and several of which were had on the cheap.

And the final week of the football season always presents bizarre scenarios. Teams locked into their seeding will rest starters, teams out of contention will often give youngsters a shot, and of course, usual injuries will sideline fantasy mainstays.
