For fantasy owners fortunate enough to be in the playoffs for Week 14, they know that capturing league crowns is not always about having a great team, but having a great team at the right time.
Fantasy football rankings, Week 14: Consensus wide receivers for standard leagues
The SB Nation fantasy staff rounds up the rankings for the top 50 wide receivers in standard leagues.
This hinges upon getting players when they are at their peak, and cashing in on players who may have flown under the radar while other owners are lulled into complacency by a good, but not great team, that has propelled them to the playoffs.
As a result, fantasy owners have surely taken notice of players like Doug Baldwin and Dorial Green-Beckham. Baldwin has distanced himself from the pack of Seattle Seahawks receivers and has exploded over the past four weeks, accounting for 433 yards and six touchdowns in that span. Green-Beckham had his first breakout game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13, nabbing five catches for 119 yards and a touchdown.
