When Giannis Antetokounmpo has a head of steam and goes up to dunk it, the ball goes about 11-12 feet in the air at its peak because of his freakish long arms and athleticism. If you're stationary, you don't have a chance in hell. Don't be a hero. You won't block the shot. You'll just end up embarrassing yourself and possibly costing your team a point when the foul gets called.
