Why is it so important to believe that Alex Rodriguez flies around in a private jet with his name and nickname emblazoned on it in a crappy font? Because sometimes we want this universe to make sense, dang it.

It’s fake. It’s definitely fake. The universe isn’t that perfect.

But it’s still real to me, dammit. It’s still real to me.
