Andre Berto with a counter right, that’s something to try as Floyd Mayweather throws his own dangerous lead right. Berto just running himself square into Floyd all the time, making it incredibly easy for Floyd to disrupt his rhythm, because Berto is sabotaging his own rhythm in the first place.

Berto strays low going to the body, gets a soft warning from referee Kenny Bayless. Berto still chasing and missing Mayweather, getting handled easily by a much better boxer, trying to match wits with a ring master. This is not a good game plan for Berto, but that’s assuming a good game plan exists for Berto, too. Mayweather just waiting and baiting in there, playing with Berto, dancing around and poking him with little shots all the time. And tying him up, or making Berto tie him up.
Berto is really just doing nothing in this fight. He unleashes a few shots, but they’re tight and showing too much effort. If anything, he’s trying too hard, and is not fighting smoothly in any way.
