Andre Berto out jabbing a bit to start this round. Might be a little late for that, but you never know. Berto getting Floyd Mayweather to the ropes consistently, does nothing when he’s there. That’s pretty much the wash, rinse, repeat of this fight now. We’re in the final third of the bout and it is, as they say, what it is. There is nothing surprising happening.

Floyd Mayweather is having his way in this fight, as Andre Berto can’t challenge him.

Berto trying to throw in the clinch, then throws a flashy but empty flurry when they get close again. Mayweather clips Berto with a counter uppercut, with Floyd’s back against the ropes. Berto, to his credit, seems to be trying to do something special, and is loading up on every shot even more than he has been all night.
Berto chopping with right hands, but Mayweather landing consistently to the body as they grapple against the ropes. Kenny Bayless breaks them up as they grab. Berto walks into a right hand. Toe-to-toe at center ring for a few seconds, Mayweather backs away and ties him up. He got the better of the exchange, anyway. Floyd with a little check hook, doesn’t get there. Berto being warned at the end of the round for something, holding or leading with the head or whatever, hard to tell.
