Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 6: Melvin Gordon an intriguing play vs. Broncos
Melvin Gordon is having a great sophomore campaign, but will it continue against Denver’s elite defense?

After a disastrous rookie year, Melvin Gordon is having a great sophomore season with the San Diego Chargers.
In five games, Gordon has 89 rushes for 299 yards and six touchdowns. He has scored the fourth-most fantasy points of any running back in 2016. Even amid San Diego’s struggles and 1-4 start, Gordon has been a star in this offense.
Should we expect this to continue in Week 6 when San Diego faces an elite Denver Broncos defense? Surprisingly, Gordon may be in for a big game against a Broncos team struggling vs. the run in 2016.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Gordon as the 13th-best running back in Week 6. He now faces a Broncos defense allowing the 10th-most fantasy points to running backs this season. As good as Denver has been against the pass, their rushing defense has been suspect enough to make Gordon a viable fantasy play this week.
Keep Gordon in your starting lineup in Week 6.
