It has been an up-and-down season thus far for Allen Hurns. The third-year wide receiver has struggled just to put up numbers that make him worth rostering in every league.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 8: Allen Hurns an easy call vs. Titans
The Jaguars’ passing offense has struggled this season, which has led to Allen Hurns being a fantasy dud for most of the season.

Through six games. Hurns has caught just 24 passes for 345 yards and one score while failing to hit the 100-yard mark in any game. He is the 52nd-ranked receiver in terms of fantasy points per game. However, all of the blame cannot be put on Hurns for his shortcomings.
A big reason for his lack of numbers has been quarterback Blake Bortles, who has taken a big step back in his third NFL season. Bortles’ poor play is hurting the entire Jacksonville Jaguars offense to the point that no one is a safe fantasy play going forward.
That includes Hurns in Week 8 when he faces the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Hurns as the 42nd-best wide receiver in Week 8. However, he faces a Titans defense allowing the 10th-fewest points to receivers this season.
Keep Hurns on the bench this week.
