This has been a season to forget for Michael Floyd, and it may get worse before it gets better.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 5: Michael Floyd a bad play vs. 49ers
Michael Floyd is not only a bad play this week, but he is now drop-worthy in most fantasy leagues.

Through four games, Floyd has caught just 12 passes for 170 yards and two scores. That seems decent, but when you see he has gotten 31 targets this year, that looks like a bad line.
Making matters worse for Floyd is that the man who gave him all those targets, Carson Palmer, is out this week with a concussion. Filling in will be Drew Stanton, who is a big downgrade at quarterback, which downgrades the value of Floyd and everyone else in Arizona’s pass game.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! has Floyd ranked just inside their top 40 wide receivers for Week 5. He is going against a 49ers defense allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers over the past three games.
Still, keeping Floyd on your bench is an easy call this week. You can also drop him off your team altogether if a good waiver wire target is still out there in your league.
