Before the Denver Broncos took the field against the Oakland Raiders last Sunday, very few people outside of the Broncos’ fan base were likely aware of the running back known as Kapri Bibbs. Well 69 yards and a touchdown later, Bibbs has now shown up on the national radar.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Hold the excitement for Kapri Bibbs
Denver’s running back played well last week, but can it last? We explore the fantasy implications.

The running back’s impressive catch and run for a touchdown against the Raiders last week has even led to some thinking he could eventually take over the role as the team’s lead back.
Fantasy Impact: Since Bibbs had not produced a whole lot on the field before last Sunday, there is not much material to make a legitimate projection for him this week. Which does make him a big fantasy risk.
Denver has not yet said if the running back will see an increase in his snaps as the season continues or not, as that has been just pure speculation from the outside.
But with rookie Devontae Booker struggling as the Broncos’ first string running back in the team’s last two games (3.3 yards per touch), maybe Denver will give Bibbs a shot this week against the New Orleans Saints and their abysmal run defense (third-most fantasy points per game allowed to running backs in 2016).
However, Bibbs is still a giant fantasy risk and fantasy owners may want to wait just one more week before removing the running back from their bench.
