Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 11: Mark Ingram a risky play vs. Panthers
The Panthers have one of the best front sevens in the league, and Mark Ingram may be in for a rough night against them.

Ever since Mark Ingram was benched in Week 8, the veteran running back has responded very well.
Over the last two games, Ingram has rushed for 208 yards and one score on 26 carries while catching four passes for 26 yards and another score. He quietly has been the 11th-highest scoring running back in PPR leagues this season.
Now, Ingram and the New Orleans Saints face the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football. The first time these two faced in Week 6, Ingram was held to just 51 yards on 16 carries and two catches for nine yards.
Carolina has easily one of the best front sevens in the NFL, so Ingram may be in for a rough game in primetime. The Panthers have allowed just four running backs to score in double figures vs. them this year, and only one back has scored 13-plus points (C.J. Anderson in Week 1).
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Ingram as the 20th-best running back in Week 11. He faces a Panthers defense allowing the third-fewest points to running backs this season.
This is a tough call, but with Carolina being so good against running backs this season, keeping Ingram on the bench looks like the smart play. Treat him like a RB3 or flex play this week and plan on sitting him, but with four NFL teams on their bye weeks, you may be forced to play Ingram.
