The Buffalo Bills are listing Mike Gillislee as out against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 12.
Mike Gillislee injury update: RB out for Bills, fantasy owners
The Bills’ banged-up backfield is now without Mike Gillislee.

Gillislee suffered a hamstring injury in practice on Wednesday, which kept him from practicing Thursday or Friday. This comes after starting running back LeSean McCoy dislocated his thumb in the first half of Buffalo’s Week 12 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
McCoy has been banged up a lot this year, which has led to the Bills relying heavily on Mike Gillislee at times. Against Cincinnati, Gillislee had 14 runs for 72 yards.
It is possible we see more of a 50-50 split between Gillislee and McCoy once both are healthy enough to keep the latter from getting further injured, but that may not happen if the former is also injured.
Fantasy Impact: Gillislee was a hot waiver wire pickup this week with McCoy possibly being out this week, but the script has been flipped, which makes it hard to even keep Gillislee rostered.
