In his absence, Kansas City will be looking for rookie wide receiver Tyreek Hill to be the team’s deep threat once again this Sunday. After catching four touchdowns in his first seven games this season, Hill has not found the end zone in last three weeks.
Fantasy Impact: The rookie wide receiver’s scoreless streak may extend to four games after the Chiefs play the Denver Broncos on Sunday night.
The Broncos defense is giving up the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers in 2016. The position group has only managed to catch a total of five touchdowns all year long against Denver’s defense.
Yahoo! is projecting Hill to only catch four passes for 40 yards on Sunday. If he were facing any other opponent, Hill may be worth starting in a flex slot. But fantasy owners are likely better off playing it safe and keeping the rookie wide receiver on their bench for this week.
