Among all of the players making the top headlines in 2016, few seem to be noticing the season that Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota has been having.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Marcus Mariota will have his work cut for him Sunday
Tennessee’s quarterback will likely see his impressive season be put on hold this weekend against Denver. We explore the fantasy implications.

In 12 games this season, Mariota has completed 64 percent of his passes for 2,998 yards, 25 touchdowns, and just eight interceptions. He has also scrambled for two touchdowns in 2016 and is averaging a little over 25 rushing yards per game.
Fantasy Impact: This week, the Titans and their impressive quarterback will be matching up against a tough Denver Broncos defense.
Denver is giving up the fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 2016. The Broncos have seven interceptions in their last five games and the defense has only allowed two players from the position group to end their day with multiple touchdown passes this season.
Yahoo! is only projecting Mariota to finish with 205 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception on Sunday. Fantasy owners may want to look elsewhere for a quarterback this week as the Titans quarterback will likely have a hard time succeeding against Denver.
