In his first action since Week 2, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins performed quite well last Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars despite only playing in 45 percent of the team’s offensive snaps. Watkins finished the game with three catches for 80 yards, including one reception that went for 62 yards.

Fantasy Impact: For Week 13, Watkins and Buffalo will be traveling to Oakland to play the 9-2 Raiders.
This season, the Raiders are giving up the eighth most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Oakland’s pass defense has been performing much better lately than it was earlier in the year, but it’s still allowed Watkins’ position group to catch five touchdowns during the team’s last four games.
Yahoo! has the Bills’ receiver projected to finish with four catches for 58 yards and one touchdown on Sunday. Due to his skill level and his matchup, it would not be an insane idea for fantasy owners to start Watkins this week.
