The Kansas City Chiefs may have one of the NFL’s best records, but Alex Smith is still his game-managing self.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Alex Smith a bad play vs. Raiders
Can Alex Smith keep the Chiefs’ offense rolling as the Raiders come to Kansas City?

In 11 games, Smith has thrown for 2,567 yards and 11 touchdowns vs. four interceptions while adding two scores on the ground. Entering Week 14, Smith ranks 25th in fantasy scoring among quarterbacks this year.
Thankfully, there are no more bye weeks or injuries to major quarterbacks that may have forced you to start Smith at some point this year. That is the only scenario where anyone should even consider starting Smith, and with the fantasy playoffs here, do not even bother rostering him.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Smith as the 22nd-best quarterback in Week 14. This week, Smith faces an Oakland Raiders defense that ranks 16th in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.
Again, do not start Smith or even spend a roster spot on him as the fantasy playoffs begin.
