Puppy Bowl 2016 MVP: Star the adorable Chow Chow/Labrador mix!

Star truly was the Puppy Bowl’s star! Good dog!

Puppy Bowl XII is in the books, and your MVP is Star, the adorable chow chow/labrador mix!

Star was elected via fan voting on Twitter, but it was more than deserving. Her performance was highlighted by what the Puppy Bowl announcers claim is the first double touchdown in Puppy Bowl history. The very good girl scored a touchdown on one end of the field, then ran with the same ball to score another touchdown at the other end of the field.

Star finished with three touchdowns and a tackle, making her the highest scorer in the Puppy Bowl fantasy game.

I think we can all agree Star is a very, very, very, very, very, very, very good dog. Luckily, she’s already been adopted! According to a graphic shown toward the end of the Puppy Bowl, Star has found a forever home in Bethesda, Maryland.
