It looks like Rob Gronkowski’s knee injury isn’t anything to worry about. Gronkowski originally left Monday’s practice and was not on the field Tuesday or Wednesday because of the injury.
Rob Gronkowski injury not serious, fantasy value still high
We break down the fantasy football impact of Rob Gronkowski missing practice with a bruise. Gronk should be back on the field sooner rather than later.

It turns out it’s just a bruise that isn’t serious, according to Boston Herald reporter Jeff Howe. Because Gronkowski hasn’t practiced this week, the injury will still likely keep him out of Thursday’s preseason matchup with the Chicago Bears.
Fantasy Spin: It looks like Gronk shouldn’t miss any regular season time because of this. That’s something we’ve seen happen far too often with him.
The problem is that Gronkowski missing practice right now hurts, as it keeps him from developing strong chemistry with Jimmy Garoppolo, who will be the starting quarterback for the first four games. That, in turn, could cause Gronkowski not to be as productive in those games, but he’s still an elite player poised for a monster season.
Gronkowski’s ADP is still right on par with where he should be going. As long as he’s healthy, there isn’t a better tight end in the NFL. He’s someone to consider spending your first pick on in fantasy football drafts.
