The United States added three medals from one event to its medal count.

The United States continued to expand its medal count Wednesday, adding medals in equestrian team jumping and beach volleyball and sweeping the podium the women’s 100m hurdles.

Brianna Rollins of Team USA took first place in the 100m hurdles final, followed by teammates Nia Ali and Kristi Castlin, who won silver and bronze, respectively. It was the first time ever that a country has swept the event. Rollins’ gold was Team USA’s first gold medal on the track in Rio.

Kerri Walsh Jennings added a bronze medal to the Olympic golds she’s won in Athens, Beijing and London, as she and April Ross overcame a first-set loss to beat the Brazilian duo of Larissa and Talita. It was a hard-fought win, and the Americans bounced back physically and emotionally to win the bronze just one day after Walsh Jennings suffered the first Olympic loss of her career.

Beezie Madden, Team USA’s oldest Olympian, was sidelined for the equestrian team jumping competition after her horse sustained a tendon injury, but her teammates were able to secure the silver medal for the United States regardless. France took gold in the event, and Germany goes home with the bronze medal.

Below is the current medal count. Team USA still leads with 30 gold medals and 93 medals total.
