The Chicago Bears finally have Zach Miller back. He was cleared to come off the NFL’s concussion protocol and return to practice Monday, according to ESPN reporter Jeff Dickerson.
Zach Miller off concussion protocol and practicing, fantasy value still low
We break down the fantasy implications of Zach Miller returning to practice while working his way back from a concussion.

Miller practiced without restrictions as he recovers from a concussion suffered at the beginning of training camp. That has kept him sidelined for nearly a month, but Miller is now practicing and should be ready for Week 1.
Even if he does not play this preseason, Miller should open the regular season as Chicago’s top tight end.
Fantasy Spin: Miller caught 31 passes for 404 yards and five touchdowns over his last eight games in 2015. If healthy, Miller should have similar production this year with Martellus Bennett now gone.
However, missing most of the past month with the concussion has Miller’s ADP very low. Having him as your backup tight end would be a very good move. His upside in Chicago’s offense is too high to let slip past the Round 11-13 range.
