Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll announced that starting quarterback Russell Wilson (ankle) will participate in full practice Wednesday, according to Seattle Times reporter Bob Condotta. Wilson suffered an ankle injury in the Seahawks’ season-opening win over the Miami Dolphins. The three-time Pro Bowler had precautionary X-rays following the game Sunday and was limited in practice earlier in the week. Wilson is still expected to start for Seattle in Week 2 when they head to Los Angeles to face the division-rival Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Wilson had an average outing in Week 1, completing 27 of 43 passes for 258 yards with one touchdown and one interception against the Dolphins. With this ankle scare now seemingly behind him, he has a very favorable Week 2 matchup against the Rams, who just gave up 170 yards and a touchdown to Blaine Gabbert. A healthy Wilson could have big upside for owners.
