Ohio State-Oklahoma weather delay: Area under stadium flooding amid huge storm

No. 3 Ohio State vs No. 14 Oklahoma will now kickoff at 9:10 p.m. ET.

Oh God, I would not want to play in this. No. 3 Ohio State was supposed to face No. 14 Oklahoma from Norman at 7:30 p.m. ET, but a huge storm has caused kickoff to be delayed almost two hours for a kick close to 9:00 p.m.

Things looked bad in Norman almost two hours before the original scheduled kickoff.

There was also this video of the goal posts swaying and NOPE this does not look like very good football weather.

Shortly thereafter, the PA announcers told the members of the student section that were already in the stadium to head towards the concourse, roughly an hour and a half before kickoff.

Ohio State’s game against Tulsa last week was delayed for weather as well, so it’s back-to-back weeks the Buckeyes have had to deal with weather issues.

We’ll continue to update you on the status of kickoff.
