It is pretty safe to say that Green Bay Packers tight end Jared Cook has gotten off to a slow start in his first season with the team. After stints with the Tennessee Titans and the then St. Louis Rams, Cook signed a one-year deal with the Packers this offseason.

Fantasy Impact: Cook’s struggles this season may end this Sunday when Green Bay plays the Detroit Lions. When it comes to covering opposing tight ends this year, the Lions defense might as well be stuck in quick sand.
Through two games in 2016, Detroit has allowed opposing tight ends to haul in four touchdowns and average 11.9 yards per catch. Cook should have as good a chance to produce as any tight end in the entire NFL this weekend.
Yahoo! is projecting Cook to have only three catches for 32 yards and no touchdowns against the Lions on Sunday. But, any player who has Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball always has a good chance to find the end zone.
