Giovani Bernard is a solid PPR back who could be in for a big game against the Dolphins’ struggling defense.

Bernard has just 15 carries for 50 yards this season, but he has also caught 16 passes for 141 yards and one score. He is as big of a threat in the passing game as ever now that Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu are gone, especially while Tyler Eifert is still sidelined due to ankle surgery.
Now, Bernard faces a Miami Dolphins defense allowing the second-most rushing yards this season. The Bengals will likely run the ball early and often, which makes both Hill and Bernard intriguing fantasy plays this week.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Bernard as the 23rd-best running back in PPR leagues for Week 4. They project him to rush for 38 yards on eight carries and catch four passes for 33 yards.
While you should avoid playing Bernard in most standard leagues, his PPR value remains high enough that you should play him in such leagues this week vs. the Dolphins.
