Buccaneers hold moment of silence as fans raise lights in tribute to Las Vegas shooting victims

It was a nice gesture by the team after a horrible tragedy.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers held a moment of silence prior to their game against the New England Patriots on Thursday night.

Along with the silence, fans were asked to shine lights from their phones for the victims of the tragedy, “and the brightest city on Earth.”

The shooting occurred on Sunday night, when at least 58 people were killed and 500 injured, according to CNN. The shooting happened at the Route 91 Harvest festival — an outdoor country music concert.

It was quite the scene before the game, and a nice tribute for a horrific tragedy.
