No penalties were called on the play after the players were separated. A pair of Patriots penalties afterward took the Buccaneers from their own 27 to the Patriots 38-yard line in nine seconds.
They attempted a field goal with no time left on the clock, but Nick Folk missed the 56-yarder wide right.
