Odell Beckham Jr. wants you to know he’s not so different from Tom Brady

People see them differently. But Beckham has a solid point.

Odell Beckham Jr. has a reputation for fiery sideline outbursts. So does Tom Brady, but people tend to react to their actions differently.

Beckham highlighted this in a video he posted on his Instagram account.

Brady got into it with Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels during Sunday’s win over the Bills. The two were seen screaming at each other on the sideline.

Beckham has had sideline tirades and some interesting run-ins with a kicking net. He even reportedly punched a hole in the wall in the visitors’ locker room at Lambeau Field last year following the Giants’ postseason loss to the Packers.

He took to Twitter to explain that his reactions come from the same mindset as Brady’s.

Beckham’s mentions were filled with people giving Brady a pass for his behavior while condemning Beckham’s. But Beckham’s not worried about them.

Beckham is working his way back from a broken ankle that ended his season in Week 5. And when he comes back, the Giants will look pretty different. They’ll have a new head coach and general manager to replace Ben McAdoo and Jerry Reese, both of whom were fired this week.

But one thing will stay the same: Beckham’s passion for the game and how he expresses it.
