Vasyl Lomachenko will headline an ESPN boxing card on Saturday, and is heavily favored to earn yet another win, this one over Miguel Marriaga. It should be a good fight though, as Marriaga is considered a high-level gatekeeper for the division.

But it’s a strong undercard supporting the main event. The main ESPN-televised portion of the card includes the Lomachenko fight and a bout between Ray Beltran and Bryan Vasquez and begins at 10 p.m. ET. But there are several other undercard bouts that will be live streamed on ESPN3 and the ESPN App, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

There are some good bouts on that streaming card, including Andy Vences taking on Eliseo Cruz Sesma in the super featherweight division. But the fight that most people will be interested in seeing is the professional debut of United States Olympian Mikaela Mayer, who will be taking on Widnelly Figueroa.

Mayer has had a very successful career as an amateur boxer, and many have suggested the hopes of professional women’s boxing breaking into the mainstream rest with her. She has been signed by Bob Arum’s Top Rank, which has a deal with ESPN, so her debut Saturday will reach plenty of people.

Her bout will likely be early in the 7 p.m. stream, if not the first one, so tune in early if you want to see her try and start her career on the right foot. She won a number of national boxing titles prior to turning professional.
