Tyreek Hill leaves Chiefs vs. Patriots game with cramps

The Chiefs’ speedy wideout suffered from cramps in the 4th quarter.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ speedy wideout Tyreek Hill left the game against the Patriots in the fourth quarter with cramps.

Hill was seen limping to the locker room with a member of the Chiefs’ training staff, but NBC’s Michelle Tafoya reported that he was probable to return.

Up to that point in the game, Hill had seven receptions for 133 yards and a touchdown. He caught Alex Smith’s first deep ball of the night, a 75-yard touchdown that he made look easy.

Hill’s speed is a big part of the Chiefs’ offense, providing a constant threat whenever he is on the field. The injury occurred with the Chiefs up 35-27, and a 14-0 Chiefs 4th quarter in progress. But based on Tafoya’s report, Hill should be back.

Cramps haven’t been uncommon for Hill. He’s had to leave Chiefs practice with them before, and after torching the Patriots for 133 yards, it shouldn’t be all that surprising, considering his past.
