If the wind and weather cooperate, we might finally get some some Alpine skiing action just in time for Valentine’s Day; the men’s downhill and women’s giant slalom events are expected to take the spotlight during NBC’s Feb. 14 primetime 2018 Winter Olympics lineup (live stream).

Viewers have been waiting all week to see 22-year-old alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin hit the slope, but her first two events were postponed due to wind, pushing her Pyeongchang debut back to Wednesday night. Despite qualifying to compete in five events during the 2018 Winter Games, Shiffrin has been focused on winning the slalom and giant slalom foremost, and claiming back-to-back gold medals along the way.

In between the women’s giant slalom heats, the men’s downhill final will be underway. Team USA features four men suiting up for the competition, including Jared Goldberg (currently ranked No. 8 after the training runs), Bryce Bennett (No. 9), Ryan Cochran-Siegle (No. 20), and Wiley Maple (No. 22). Despite the No. 20 seeding for Cochran-Siegle, he’s got Olympic experience on his side — and in his blood. His mother, Barbara Ann Cochran, won gold in the women’s slalom event in the 1972 Games — not to mention his uncle, two aunts, and a cousin who have all competed at the Olympic level.

Bookending the skiing portion of Wednesday’s primetime lineup is the figure skating pairs’ short program — featuring one American couple, currently ranked No. 14 — to start the night and the snowboard cross to round out the evening’s viewing (the final heat is expected just after midnight ET). The United States has pulled a gold medal sweep thus far in snowboard events (men’s and women’s slopestyle, and men’s and women’s halfpipe) and is looking to add another by way of the ultimate snowboard race.

You can find live streaming of all events at NBC’s Olympics site.
