Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears! It’s officially Week 1 of the NFL season.
Apparel guide: Top NFL players on new teams in 2018
It’s time to update your closet with gear for all the top NFL players who landed on new teams this season. That includes everyone from Kirk Cousins to Saquon Barkley to Richard Sherman.

Not only do we get “real football” for the first time in nearly seven months, but it’s also our first chance to see the biggest stars suiting up with their new teams in their new uniforms.
Vikings fans will finally get to see Kirk Cousins slinging passes in his new purple and gold uniform. Rookie running back Saquon Barkley will make his NFL debut in a Giants jersey. Sam Darnold will be the only rookie quarterback to start in Week 1 this season when the Jets play on ‘Monday Night Football’. Oh, and Khalil Mack will suit up for the Bears one week after being traded by the Raiders.
As the NFL season kicks off on Thursday night, here’s an apparel roundup for the top players (rookies included) who have changed teams during the offseason.
Khalil Mack: Chicago Bears
This definitely wasn’t what we had in mind when training camp opened. After a contract stalemate with the Raiders, the three-time Pro Bowler was traded to the Bears and shrotly after signed a six-year, $141 million deal with his new team.
Note: At the moment, Mack jerseys are considered “special event items” and will be shipped by Sept. 28.
After spending the past two seasons playing on the franchise tag with Washington, Cousins signed a three-year, $84 million fully guaranteed contract with the Vikings.
After spending the first four seasons of his career with the Dolphins, the 25-year-old Pro Bowler was traded to Cleveland and signed a five-year, $75 million contract extension. With his personality on full display during HBO’s “Hard Knocks,” Landry has already become a fan favorite. Bless ‘em!
Saquon Barkley: New York Giants
After putting up electrifying numbers at Penn State last season, Barkley was selected with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. His first NFL test comes against the Jacksonville Jaguars’ vaunted defense.
The reigning Heisman Trophy winner will not be the Browns’ starting quarterback to open the season, but as the team’s future cornerstone, Cleveland fans will want to pounce on Mayfield’s jersey sooner than later.
Jets fans everywhere were ecstatic when the Giants elected to take Barkley one spot ahead of Darnold. Now that he’s been named the team’s starter, here’s the perfect chance to add his jersey to your Jets collection.
When Rosen was drafted 10th overall by the Cardinals, the 21-year-old quarterback said, “There were nine mistakes ahead of me.” That’s a bold claim, and we’ll find out if Rosen lives up to his own words.
After a breakout season with the Minnesota Vikings — including throwing a walk-off touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs against the New Orleans Saints in the NFC Divisional Round — the 30-year-old signal caller signed a two-year, $36 million deal with the Denver Broncos.
After an illustrious career with the Seattle Seahawks that included a Super Bowl title, the Pro Bowl cornerback signed a three-year, $39 million contract with the San Francisco 49ers. He’s even unblocked on Twitter some new fans who were once rival fans, so if you were one of those people, Sherman offered added motivation to make the purchase.
After earning a playoff birth for the first time since 1999, the Bills traded Tyrod Taylor to the Cleveland Browns and then traded up to select Josh Allen with the seventh overall pick in the NFL Draft. Bills fans are hoping Allen is the next incarnation of Jim Kelly and have finally landed the franchise quarterback that’s eluded them for so long.
After spending three seasons with the Seahawks, Graham signed a three-year, $30 million deal with the Packers this offseason. After leading all tight ends last season with 10 touchdowns, there’s a lot of excitement that Graham can replace Jordy Nelson’s production.
After spending just one season with the Rams, Watkins signed a three-year, $48 million deal with the Chiefs. If the 25-year-old stays healthy, he could play a big role in the Chiefs’ offense and be a huge asset to Patrick Mahomes in his first season as a starting quarterback.
After five seasons in the desert, the Pro Bowl safety signed a one-year, $7 million deal with the Houston Texans this offseason. As long as he can stay healthy, Mathieu should help solidly the back end of Houston’s defense. He took a risk on himself by signing just a one-year deal, which is what you’d be doing by buying the jersey of a player on a one-year contract.
After playing on the franchise tag the past two seasons with the Rams, Johnson signed a big five, $72.5 million deal with the Jets. With Johnson roaming the secondary, the Jets now have one of the most consistent defensive backs in the NFL.
Allen Robinson: Chicago Bears
Yes, he may be coming off an ACL injury, but Robinson has shown he can be a Pro Bowl talent when healthy. The Bears signed him to a three-year, $42 million deal with the hopes that he can return to his 2015 form when he caught 80 passes for 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns.
