Wisconsin vs. West Virginia final score: Badgers hold off Mountaineers, 70-63
Wisconsin preserved their undefeated record behind a 20-2 first half run.

West Virginia looked like they could hang with the Big Ten powerhouse, leading Wisconsin, 11-10, to open the game. But the Badgers ripped off a 20-2 run and were able to hang on for the seven-point victory. Forward Sam Dekker had a double-double for Bo Ryan’s team, scoring 21 and pulling down 12 rebounds.
The Mountaineers clawed to within four midway through the second half, but Wisconsin returned fire after ever charge. West Virginia got most of its scoring from sophomore Eron Harris, who scored 27 points, including seven threes. Harris' backcourt mate Juwan Staten added 18 in the losing effort.
Wisconsin is the only team to have won all four of its games in the tournament.
