Williams and Izzo have met six times coaching their current schools, and in many of the games, the stakes have been high -- including two Final Four games. No matter what, the result has always been the same, a win for Williams and the Tar Heels. This time Izzo and the Spartans are 7-0, coming off to their best start since 2000-01. The Tar Heels have been a team of two sides this season, boasting a win over then No. 3 Louisville, but holding a loss at home to Belmont as well.

The game tips off at 9 p.m. ET and is broadcast nationally on ESPN/WatchESPN.
