Albany coach matt Brown seems like an even-keeled dude. That’s why it wasn’t much of a surprise to see the CBS cameras catching him giving a “we did a good job” and “we have to relax” halftime speech.
Albany coach at halftime against Duke: ‘We’re going to win this game’
Albany assistant coach Jon Iati was feeling pretty confident at halftime, so much so that he told his players straight up that they were about to beat Duke.
His assistant, former Great Dane player Jon Iati, seems a bit more excitable. He also may have jumped the gun on his turn to talk, telling the team “we’re gonna win this game, fellas” from off-camera, before entering and giving more words of encouragement.
