And while Cannon hasn’t revealed much publicly about his recruitment, there is one school that the industry believes stands out above the rest -- the Baylor Bears, who currently sit at 83% in his 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions. Cannon was also willing to share his thoughts on why he likes the staff in Waco so much.
