The exodus of Michigan St. Spartans continues, as a pair of juniors, William Gholston and Le'Veon Bell, join tight end Dion Sims in leaving the program early for the 2013 NFL Draft.

Junior defensive end William Gholston informed Spartans head coach Mark Dantonio earlier this week that he is forgoing his senior season at Michigan State and entering the 2013 NFL Draft, according to Spartan Nation. Gholston was a second-team All-Big Ten selection by the media following the 2012 season. His 50 tackles ranked first among Spartan defensive linemen, and his 12.0 tackles for a loss were a team-high.

Wednesday night, junior running back Le'Veon Bell told Dantonio that he would also be leaving for the NFL, according to SB Nation's Michigan State blog, The Only Colors. Bell was a workhorse for the Spartans in 2012, carrying the ball 382 times -- the most in the country -- for 1,793 yards and 12 touchdowns. At 6'2, 240 pounds, Bell appears ready to take a pounding at the NFL level rather than risking injury with another year of college ball.
