The 2013 BCS National Championship highlights had plenty of impressive plays, touchdowns, and exciting moments, except for fans of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Alabama's followers will likely have the video below on repeat, as the Crimson Tide rolled with six touchdowns in a 42-14 shellacking of previously undefeated Notre Dame on Monday night. It takes 2:20 of three-minute video for there to be anything positive for the Irish. Alabama scored 35 unanswered points before Notre Dame could finally get on the board with a touchdown late in the third quarter.
Some of the best moments include big runs from Alabama running back Eddie Lacy on his team's first two touchdown drives. Lacy talled 157 total yards and two scores on his way to being named the game's top offensive player. C.J. Mosley's suplex of Notre Dame ball-carrier Theo Riddick is at the 1:05 mark, while Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix's diving interception near the goal line can be seen at 1:47.
