Arkansas vs. Alabama 2013 final score: Tide dominate Razorbacks, 52-0

Nick Saban’s squad is immune to the upset bug.

Nick Saban does not care about "upsets" or "interesting football games". The Alabama Crimson Tide rolled to yet another dominating win, defeating Arkansas 52-0 for their second-straight shutout win over the Razorbacks.

The Tide put on a clinical performance, with no turnovers, penalties, sacks allowed, or points allowed.

Alabama took an early lead in the first quarter, when A.J. McCarron found Jalston Fowler for a four-yard score. Kenyan Drake ran for a one-yard touchdown a few minutes later, giving the Tide a comfortable enough margin that they could simply lock down on defense and play their game.

Drake burst through for another score, as Arkansas's defense was worn down quickly by the Tide offensive line. This one was for 46 yards, giving Alabama a 21-0 lead. McCarron threw a dart to Amari Cooper for a 30-yard touchdown before the half, making it 28-0 Tide.

Alabama continued to dominate in the second half, with touchdowns from McCarron (to Howard) and T.J. Yeldon and a field goal from Cade Foster making it 45-0 heading into the fourth.

Derrick Henry topped it off with a 80-yard touchdown run with a minute left to play, making it 52-0.

Box Score Hero: The Alabama running backs. The Tide averaged 9.5 yards per carry, with 352 yards and four touchdowns.

Rankings Ramifications: Alabama came into the game ranked No. 1 in every poll, while Arkansas was unranked. That will not change.

But Did They Cover? Alabama was a 30-point favorite, so yes.
