The Alabama Crimson Tide remain atop the second Harris Poll of the season. Alabama received 95 of the 104 available first-place votes, and remain comfortably ahead of No. 2 Oregon. Both the Crimson Tide and Ducks won comfortably Saturday.

Alabama stays on top of the BCS formula’s second poll, while chaos sweeps through the rest of the rankings.
The same could not be said for former No. 3 Clemson, which was annihilated by Florida State Saturday night and fell to No. 10. The Seminoles took Clemson’s former position, picking up two first-place votes in the process. Ohio State and Baylor round out the top five.
Oregon's also No. 2 in the Coaches Poll, which means it should rank No. 2 in the year's first official BCS standings, which will be released shortly after 8:30 p.m. ET Sunday night.

Clemson was not the only top-rated team to take a beating Saturday. Six of the top 11 teams lost this weekend, including Louisville, Texas A&M, LSU, UCLA, and South Carolina.
The Harris Interactive College Football Poll was created in 2005 to replace the AP Poll in the BCS formula. Former players, coaches, administrators, and current and former media members vote in the poll. Along with the USA Today Coaches Poll and an assortment of computer polls, the Harris Poll determines who will compete for the final BCS National Championship in January.
