The sophomore receiver recorded the longest play in Cyclone history on Thursday.
On the play, Cyclones quarterback Sam Richardson dropped back into his own end zone and fired a strike to Bundrage on an “in” pattern, fitting the ball into an extremely tight window. Bundrage took care of the rest.
Richardson is now 11-of-15 on the night for 214 yards and two touchdowns. Bundrage has shredded the Longhorn defense for 133 yards on four receptions.
The catch-and-run is the longest play in Iowa State history. The Iowa State sideline was pleased.
