The Nick Saban-to-Texas rumors are unstoppable, but one person is of the opinion that the head coach is sticking around in Tuscaloosa. Someone who has talked to Saban, no less.
Top recruit’s coach: Nick Saban ‘firmly committed’ to Alabama
Leonard Fournette’s coach talked to Saban, and believes the Alabama coach is staying put.

Leonard Fournette is the top-rated recruit in the country, according to the 247sports composite, and his head coach told the media that he believes Saban isn’t taking the job at Texas:
“My conversation with Saban, I think he is firmly committed to being the next Alabama football coach,” Crutchfield said.
While the quote, by saying “the next Alabama football coach,” might imply Saban departs the school before returning, it’s safe to assume Crutchfield meant he thinks the head coach is staying with the Tide.
Fournette, himself, said he didn’t discuss the matter with Saban. He instead “walked out” of the room when the topic was broached.
The running back is expected to announce between Alabama and LSU at the Under Armour All-American Game on January 2, the same day as the Sugar Bowl.
