The Oklahoma Sooners will be without quarterback Trevor Knight, who left the game right before halftime with an injury, according to the team's twitter account. Knight appeared to get hurt when he was tackled less than a minute before halftime, and he went into the locker room early. It appears that his injury has to do with his thumb or wrist, but there's no specific diagnosis as of yet.
Kendal Thompson replaces Trevor Knight as Oklahoma QB due to injury
Oklahoma will have a new quarterback in the second half against Oklahoma State after Trevor Knight left the game with an apparent hand injury right before halftime.

Kendal Thompson came on in relief for Knight, and things got off to an inauspicious start when he threw an interception on his first attempt. Thompson, a sophomore from Oklahoma City, has only four passing attempts before this game in 2013, going 2-4 for 47 yards and a touchdown against Iowa State.
Knight has played well for OU since replacing the injured Blake Bell in the Iowa State game, but he wasn't having the greatest day against Oklahoma State. He went only 3-7 for 28 yards in the first half, but did contribute 47 rushing yards. The Sooners and Cowboys are tied at 10 with the second half just underway in Stillwater.
