Tulane football could be getting 4 new helmets

The Green Wave could be updating their look, if a picture from a recruit is correct.

@j_wayne3

Tulane could be getting a new look, or rather, several new looks. A recruit tweeted a picture of five different Green Wave helmets, including ones with just a wave on them.

Tulane will be leaving Conference USA for the American Athletic Conference, formerly the Big East, in 2014, so it would make sense that they would update their look to go along with the move. Also, considering the program’s lack of success over the past several years, any publicity for them could go a long way.

My personal favorite of all these helmets is the white one with the block T, but by and large, I think most of them look pretty good. Although, you could make a pretty good case that the wave helmets look like waves of sewage.
