Not a day goes by without one or another Stoops saying something interesting, it seems.

Stoops: ‘Get on board’ with tweeting recruits

USA TODAY SportsWhen asked if active fanbases on twitter had anything to do with teams like Ole Miss and Kentucky being ranked ahead of them in the recruiting rankings, Stoops responded:
Since this is Bob Stoops, we’re not entirely sure if he’s kidding or if he just doesn’t know exactly what he’s saying. Unfortunately, he’s not the first coach to advocate fans tweeting at recruits, as Vanderbilt head coach James Franklin and Kentucky wide receivers coach Tommy Mainord said something similar.
