NCAA investigators want to meet with Miami tight end Dyron Dye to discuss the school's Nevin Shapiro-related scandal, according to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press. It would be at least the third meeting between Dye and the NCAA.
Miami scandal: NCAA wants to meet with Hurricanes TE Dyron Dye
The NCAA may already be embarrassed thanks to its investigation of Miami athletics, but the college athletics governing body is going back to the well one more time.
State of the U, SB Nation’s Miami blog, finds the news less than amusing.
Dye was one of the players who were suspended at the start of the 2011 season, repaid anything they had to, and were reinstated.

Can't imagine what the NCAA wants to talk to him about this time, but I'm sure it's rooted in pure asshattery.

The investigation into Miami has left the NCAA with quite a bit of egg on its face, and in late March the school filed a motion to have the case dropped. Mark Emmert and the NCAA found that idea to be ridiculous and were just so hurt that the jerks at Miami would be such a bunch of meanies.
