Vegas is predicting the national title matchup the world is wanting, as Alabama and Oregon appear to be on their way for a showdown in the championship, via Bovada.

The Tide are 2-0 on the year, defeating Virginia Tech, 35-10, in the opener in Atlanta and beating Texas A&M on the road Saturday, 49-42. The Aggies fell significantly in the oddsmakers’ eyes after the home loss to the favorites.
Oregon is 3-0 and has scored at least 59 points in each one of its games while giving up no more than 14. After a 66-3 blowout win of Nicholls State, the Ducks traveled to Charlottesville to beat Virginia, 59-10, before a 59-14 home trouncing of Tennessee. After the win, Marcus Mariota became the new Heisman favorite.
Alabama has been the favorite all along as the winner of the last two title games. Last week, Oregon was at 9/2 and Texas A&M had 75/1 odds.
